QuickBooks Bank Feed Multiple Match Confusion

Bookkeep has observed instances in QuickBooks Online where the same entry will appear multiple times in the Bank Feed despite it not being a duplicate.

Below you will see the transaction listed with three matches found even though this is only one true journal entry in QuickBooks.

We are sharing this to make you aware of this issue in QuickBooks. You can proceed with selecting one of the matches to complete the match and resolve the issue.

tip

To avoid clicking on each matching line until you find the match, a faster workflow would be to click on "find other matches" in the bank feed which should open a screen showing the only actual journal entry that can be matched.
