BOPIS Payouts Faq

What is BOPIS Payouts?

If you are using Shopify for point of sale (POS) and your company is multi-entity whereby each POS location is a different entity or group within your organization, Bookkeep can automate payouts for orders created on the Online Store and picked up at a POS location.

Must be set up for multi-bank settlement.

BOPIS payouts only works in conjunction with mutli-bank settlement of Shopify Payouts using Bookkeep.

What orders are included?

Any orders created in the Online Store or Shop app in Shopify and then have a fulfillment at a POS Location are captured in our Bopis feature to be paid out to stores.

What is the Holdback fee?

You can set a fee to withhold from the payout in addition to the payment processing fees.

Where can we see reporting on BOPIS transactions?

Once the feature is enabled you will see reporting in the Bookkeep app in Shopify:
