List receipts for a purchase order
GET/v1/entities/:entity_id/purchase_orders/:uuid/receipts
Returns receipts recorded against one purchase order. Only committed receipts are returned; requesting any other status returns 403.
Results are returned in report_data, with paging details in pagination and the applied
filters in filters.
Requires the purchase_order_receipts:read scope. The key's shop must also be linked to
{entity_id}, else 403 — see Authentication.

The request was not authenticated. Send your API key as the Basic Auth username; see Authentication.
The API key cannot access this resource. The examples show each cause.
No purchase order with that uuid for this shop (or it was deleted). If {entity_id} or {uuid} is malformed, the response is an HTML 404 page rather than the JSON body below.
Bookkeep did not respond in time. This is a read, so it is safe to retry.
