Purchase Orders

Purchase orders raised against your suppliers in Bookkeep Inventory: create and update drafts, track them through receiving, and cancel them.

• List purchase orders

  Returns purchase orders for one shop, in any status, as plain nested JSON.

• Create draft purchase order

  Creates a draft purchase order for replenishment or AI-generated recommendations that a merchant reviews before ordering.

• Fetch purchase order detail

  Retrieves one purchase order by uuid, in any status, addressed and shaped exactly like the list endpoint.

• Update draft purchase order line items

  Adds, updates, or removes line items on a draft purchase order, and sets its lifecycle dates.

• Cancel purchase order

  Cancels a purchase order that is still in draft or ordered status and has no receipts against it.
