How to Cancel Your Bookkeep Subscription or Delete an Entity

In the event you need to delete your Bookkeep entity for any reason, please see the following steps.

Step 1: Log In​

Log into your account at app.bookkeep.com.

Step 2: Delete All Connections​

Navigate to Connections > Account & Connections > My Apps. Delete all existing connections associated with the entity you wish to remove. Next, click on the "Accounting" tab and delete the Accounting connection.

Step 3: Access Entity Settings​

Go to "Entity Settings" and select the option to "Delete it".

Step 4: Delete the Entity​

Fill out the required fields and click "Delete Entity."
