How to Connect Walmart to Begin Your Daily Accounting Automation

The below implementation is for the US marketplace.

Bookkeep offers direct integration to the US marketplace for Walmart. Follow these steps to connect your Walmart account and begin automating your accounting with Bookkeep.

1. Gather Required Credentials

To connect Walmart to Bookkeep, you will need the following credentials:

  1. Client ID
  2. Client ID
  3. Client Secret

2. Log In to Walmart Seller Account

Log in to your Walmart Seller Account at seller.walmart.com.

Once logged in, you will see the top navigation as shown below:

3. Access API Key Management

From the top navigation, click on "Settings" to reveal a dropdown menu.

At the bottom of the dropdown, select "API Key Management". This will open a new page where you can click on the blue "API Key Management" button.

4. Select Production Keys

In the new window, you will have the option to select "Production Keys" or "Sandbox Keys." Be sure to select "Production Keys" to connect to your live store.

5. Retrieve Client ID and Client Secret

Once "Production Keys" is selected, you will see your "Client ID" and "Client Secret."

6. Enter Credentials in Bookkeep

Copy the "Client ID" and "Client Secret" from Walmart and enter them into Bookkeep to complete the connection. Your Walmart account should now be successfully integrated with Bookkeep.
