Square Deposits: What Data Does Bookkeep Post

In this article, we explain what financial data Bookkeep can and cannot access from Square accounts.

Limited Visibility​

Square no longer provides visibility into certain financial transactions for posting. Specifically, Square does not provide access to transactions that occur in the following Square accounts:

  • Square checking accounts
  • Square savings accounts
  • Square debit card accounts

For these accounts, any withdrawals or deposits to your bank are not visible to external providers like Bookkeep.
