Getting Started with Revenue Reporting

Bookkeep has introduced a new feature for entities on the Plus plan and above: revenue reporting. This feature allows you to access a summarized overview of your revenue data within a specified date range and currency. It provides valuable insights and helps you track your financial performance more effectively. To access this feature, click on the "Reporting" link in the left navigation menu, as seen below:

Customizing Your Report

When you access the reporting view, you will find options to customize your report. You can choose the desired date range, select the connections to include, and specify the currency. Make sure to select a single currency and at least one connection for the chosen date range. This will give you a comprehensive summary of your data for that specific period.

Multiselect Connections

A notable feature is the ability to multiselect connections, which helps you understand your overall performance better. For example, if you have a Shopify store, you can include all of your POS locations while excluding the online store to gain insights into your physical locations' performance. See below for an example of the multiselect capability:

Generating Your Report

After selecting the desired dates, connections, and currency, simply click on the "Generate Report" button to instantly view the financial results for the selected date range.
